Her fame was boosted after being cast as the female lead of the Transformers film series and she has since gone into the role of a number of other movies like Mad Max: Fury Road as well as The Meg. Victoria's Secret has been a top American company in the field of women's clothing as well as beauty and lingerie for many years. Her work is also renowned as a spokesperson for Burberry the British luxurious fashion house, where she became the face of the fragrance of their brand Burberry Body. In the following years, she started acting in the American Sci-fi action film Transformers Dark of the Moon. The film was third film in the Transformers film franchise. The film was an enormous commercial success and earned more than $1 billion. It was also nominated for multiple Oscars. Then, a few years later, she was in the action-film Mad Max Fury Road. The film did well commercially enabling her to successfully transition to an acting career instead of just being a model. So far in her acting career she's received numerous honors including her being awarded the Elle Style Award Model of the Year Award in 2009 and the Harper Bazaar Women of the Year Award for Model of the Year and Businesswoman of Year 2014 and 2016 and 2016 respectively. She was also named one of the world's highest-paid models by Forbes magazine.
